Personal development is learning more about yourself and how you think, feel and behave.  This leaning can be used to achieve the best for you.  Personal development is achieved through 'self awareness'.  WALKWAYS offer counselling, life coaching, training and group work to help you with your personal development needs.

You can meet with a trainer, life coach or counsellor, depending on your own needs.  You might want to focus on a personal issue such as dealing with your feeling and emotions, or you might want to learn more about a particular topic such as communication, or how you relate to others.

Personal Development is voluntary and confidential.

You chose whether you attend and what you want to talk about.
